Every scratch you can see is a valley in the clear coat. Correction removes a controlled amount of clear around it until the surface is flat again — which is why it is measured in levels and cannot be repeated forever.

Water spots from mineral rain dried on a hot panel. Chalky oxidation from years of UV. Etching from love bug residue left a week.
Bring back clear coat that is gone. If a scratch catches a fingernail, polishing softens its edges rather than erasing it — we say so first.

Selling a two-level job to a car that needs one is the oldest upsell in this trade. The inspection is what prevents it, and it happens before any number is quoted.

Inspected under controlled lamps, because sunlight hides marring in the shade and exaggerates it at angles. The defect map decides one stage or two.
Wash, clay bar and iron remover before a machine touches anything. Polishing bonded grit drags it across the paint.
Test section first — clear coat hardness varies wildly between makers. Work the polish, remove it, inspect, move on.
Panel wipe strips every trace of oil so nothing is only filled. Same frames, same lamp, before and after — yours to keep.

Before a coating — everything a coating locks in stays locked in for years. Before a sale or a lease return — paint condition moves the number. And the Saturday the owner finally sees the hood in the sun.

One-level is a single machine stage that removes swirl marks and light defects, and it is what most daily drivers need. Two-level adds a cutting stage before the finishing stage for mid-depth scratches and oxidation. The inspection decides which one the paint actually calls for.
Gloss Revival starts at $359. Larger vehicles and two-level work are quoted after inspection because the time depends on how deep the defects run and how much clear coat is available to work with.
One-level runs about 4 to 6 hours. Two-level is a 1 to 2 day job. Correction cannot be rushed: the polish has to be worked and removed panel by panel under proper light.
Not on their own. They come back the same way they arrived, which is almost always an automatic wash or a dirty wash mitt. This is why correction is usually paired with a ceramic coating and a proper maintenance wash rhythm.
No. Correction needs controlled light to see the defects being removed and a dust-controlled space so fresh polish is not contaminated. Judging correction under sunlight in a driveway is how holograms and missed sections happen.
Yes. Before and after images are shot under the same inspection lighting so the difference is measurable rather than a matter of memory. You get them whether the result is dramatic or modest.
